By accessing and using the website of Intersection AI Training, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this site’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 2. Service Description Intersection
AI Training provides online and in-person training courses focused on the application of artificial intelligence in various business functions. Services include course registration, content delivery, and post course resources.
3. Registration and Account
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
4. Payment
Fees for courses and services are due at the time of registration or enrollment. Payment can be made by credit card payment via our payment partner. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by United Kingdom, US and international copyright laws. The content is owned by Intersection AI Training, or the specified creator of the content. No part of the site may be reproduced, transmitted, or stored without prior written permission from Intersection AI Training.
6. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the website in a way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
7. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations received 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a cancellation fee of £49 per person. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Intersection AI Training will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Intersection AI Training website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
11. Website Content Licensing
The rights to use imagery, graphics, design and typography are owned by Intersection AI Training or licensed accordingly from Webflow, Unsplash or other 3rd providers of which details of are available by request.
